Today I’m breaking my own rule that every post on this site has to have something to do with bacon.
The current situation on the Gulf Coast is heartbreaking. The fate of New Orleans is uncertain. Hundreds of thousands of people are without homes and many of them have no idea what the future holds for them.
Hundreds of blogs are getting together today to raise money for the relief effort. The organization I’ve donated to myself, and am asking any readers of this blog to donate to, is the American Red Cross (www.redcross.org).
