Boiseans still celebrating their love of bacon

I recently had an interview with the Idaho Statesman about the current state of baconmania:

“I think the forbidden thing is a big part of it. People like to be naughty a little bit,” bacon aficionado Heather Lauer said of the fatty, salty meat that used to be primarily a breakfast treat.
