Celebrating 5 years of bacon

Posted by: on August 18, 2010

Earlier this summer, I hosted a party with a small group of friends to celebrate the 5 year anniversary of BaconUnwrapped.com, as well as the paperback release of Bacon: A Love Story. Here are the photos of the numerous ways in which bacon was consumed at the event!

It all looks delicious! Does the pig with wings actually fly?

  2. Heather Lauer says:

The pig does fly in circles – it’s pretty cool!

OK, you wouldn’t think a franks and beans recipe would need so much bacon. This one does and keeps it in its pristine state as a topping. So you lose none of the bacony goodness!

  4. Mmmm…I’m hungry. Lunch time! Pork and beans perhaps? :)

  5. Holy Heck! So delighted to find such a lovely bacon filled blog and website! I just got started over on my own Bacon inspired site… I think I’ll have to start a bacon book club now!! Your’s will be the first!!

Thanks for the inspiration and congratulations on Five years!!
