The front page of today’s Dining Out section of the New York Times has a large photo of a pig, and the articles are all about the trend of restaurants moving from serving small plates to instead serving large heaping piles of delicious meat. You can read it online, but the photo is much more impressive in the print version. The feature story is about Momofuku, a restaurant I’m dying to get up to NYC to try sometime in the near future. Mmmmm…..pork butt.
