Earlier this year I blogged about the creative way in which Grant Achatz of Alinea Restaurant in Chicago is serving bacon.
Chef Achatz is widely recognized as one of the top young chefs in the country, and many consider Alinea to be the best restaurant in the country. Sadly, he has been diagnosed with an advance form of mouth cancer.
