The next stop on my bacon tour of Manhattan was Vosges Haut-Chocolat on the Upper East Side, home of Mo’s Bacon Bar (you can read my previous review of this product here).
Vosges doesn’t allow photography in the store, so I wasn’t able to snap any photos of their exquisite display. This is really unfortunate because the store itself is a yummy piece of eye candy. But what I can show you is a photo of the products I purchased – a Mo’s Bacon Bar and an Aphrodisiac Mini Bar Box.
In addition to the Bacon Bar, Vosges offers an extensive collection of exotic candy bars, including flavors such as the Black Pearl (ginger, wasabi, black sesame seeds, and dark chocolate), the Naga (sweet Indian curry, coconut, and deep milk chocolate), the d’Oliva (Kalamata olives and Venezuelan white chocolate), and the Red Fire (Mexican ancho & chipotle chillies, Ceylon cinnamon, and dark chocolate). And I’m being honest when I say that you will be pleasantly surprised by how delicious some of these combinations are – they aren’t quite as crazy as they sound.
Also, I previously mentioned this here, but the Vosges Flying Chocolate Pig is now available for purchase. From the Vosges website:

As a child I would have been over the moon if I had woken up Easter morning to find this in my basket!
The Mo’s Bacon Bars are starting to find their way into specialty grocery stores around the country, so keep an eye out. And if you find yourself in Manhattan, definitely stop by the store and sample some of the products – it’s a wonderfully chocolaty bacon adventure.
