A new restaurant called “Bacon” opened in Scottsdale, Arizona this week. It’s located at 4175 N. Goldwater Blvd. We stopped by for lunch earlier this week – there are indeed a lot of bacon options on the menu, most of which are pretty standard bacon fare (including all-day breakfast which is always a glorious thing). It will be interesting to see if they do anything unusual with bacon down the road – perhaps some bacon desserts? Stay tuned…
