This sandwich at Angels Trumpet Ale House is called the “Nutter.” It should be called “Channeling Elvis.” Peanut butter, raspberry chipotle preserve, marshmallow fluff and peppered bacon on toasted sourdough bread. Oddly enough, the marshmallow fluff and peppered bacon are actually optional add-ons. I don’t know why, because this sandwich simply is not complete without them.
