There is a Bacon Pop Up Bar in Franschhoek, South Africa. And unfortunately it’s closed for the 2 days I’m in wine country!!!

I just ate one of the most aggressively awesome BLT (+egg) sandwiches at The Dogs Bollocks in Cape Town.

Bacon wrapped dates with spicy Italian sausage and gorgonzola crema at Giada Vegas. Great combo of spicy, smoky, and sweet flavors.
