Friend and fellow foodie Chip Griffin has launched a new online project called “Cork & Knife.” Chip has been writing about new media topics on his blog “Pardon the Disruption” for several months now, but this week he is launching Cork & Knife to focus on one of his other passions – fine dining. He will feature chefs, sommeliers, bartenders, purveyors, media, and many others in the food service industry, with a particular focus on the personalities and philosophies of those who are setting the industry standard. Hopefully I will be able to participate in some Cork & Knife adventures myself in coming months (and perhaps, gasp, explore some foods other than bacon!). Check it out.
