Jennifer from …and the eggs reports from the South Beach Wine and Food Festival:
“At Tyler Florence’s cooking demonstration over the weekend, he used bacon in his casino sauce which he poured over oysters and then cooked on the grill. I got a pretty good shot of the bacon from the mirror above him. He raved about bacon, saying that it should be its own food group, and then asked the audience how many of the bacon slices he should put in the sauce – to which of course we replied ‘all of it’!!”
Sounds like I missed a good time and some good bacon…
