I found this little guy at The Pork Shop in Queen Creek, Arizona earlier this week.
Yes, that is a pork loin stuffed with a pork sausage and bread filling and wrapped in bacon. Brings a tear to your eye, doesn’t it?
Here’s what the porkalicious masterpiece looked like when it was done (it was cooked by putting it on an outdoor grill over medium heat for about 20 minutes, and then baking it in a convection oven at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes).
Eating it was as intense as you might imagine just by looking at the photos. And every single morsel was thoroughly enjoyed.
