Mark Story is starting a new trend called #blogmonday based on the concept of #followfriday on Twitter. At the intersection of the Blogosphere and Twittersphere, #blogmonday is meant to be an opportunity for those of us who blog to highlight other blogs we enjoy reading. So in that spirit, here are a few other bacon related blogs I think you should check out.
- Bacon Salt Blog. Two years ago, who would have guessed that someone could create a culinary empire out of a kosher, vegetarian-friendly salt that tastes like bacon. Last week was a defining moment for Team Bacon Salt when they appeared on Oprah to talk about their products. If Oprah likes it, then we all must like it. Bacon Salt is also on Twitter and the Bacon Nation.
- I Heart Bacon Salt. My obsession with bacon is nothing compared to Aaron’s obsession with Bacon Salt (as well as bacon in its original form). You can also follow Aaron on Twitter and over on the Bacon Nation.
- Mr. Baconpants. Jason’s love for bacon is neverending. He also has a weekly webcast on the topic of bacon and anything else that comes to mind during the hour long show. Mr. Baconpants is also on Twitter and the Bacon Nation.
- Jenni Spinner of the blog Bacon Du Jour is a fellow chic who blogs about bacon. Her specialty is experimenting with various ways in which bacon can be paired with other foods. Follow Jenni on Twitter and Bacon Nation, too!
- Later today, a few of us bacon bloggers are going to be appearing on The Meat Show, a weekly podcast dedicated to very important meat-related topics. And yep, they’re on Twitter and Bacon Nation, too! Are you???
