For my last entry of the year, here’s a look back at the most visited articles on Bacon Unwrapped for 2007.

  • Bacon Wrapped Tater Tots (01/11/07): I wrote about these heavenly little critters back in January, and I’m still getting emails from readers who have made them for a party – or even just a midnight snack – and fallen in love.
  • Bacon Candy Bar (06/06/07): The Interweb seems to have mixed emotions about the idea of combining bacon and chocolate. But a lot of people are definitely intrigued by it.
  • Bacon Popcorn (03/07/07): This tasty snack wasn’t my idea originally, but people sure seemed to enjoy having it brought to their attention.
  • Jim Gaffigan on Bacon (10/12/07): If you love his bit about hot pockets, you’ll really love his bit about bacon. His greasy lover, bacon.
  • Bacon Whiskey (01/04/07): Our foray into the world of bacon infused whiskey didn’t turn out so well, but we’re resolved to try it again in 2008.
  • Pitchfork Fondue (10/10/07): A pitchfork, vat of boiling lard, and bacon – what DOESN’T sound good about that?!?
  • Oktoberfest Bacon Bier (10/08/07): Between this and the bacon whiskey, who knew you could get so drunk off bacon?
  • The Pork Shop (09/25/07): This butcher shop in Queen Creek, Arizona is the Temple of Porkism and all that is good in this world.

Happy New Year! Here’s to more bacon in 2008!
